Since my daughter and I....our first time to make arrangements for my sister. 1..we came to Appalachian because the last 3 members of our family had arrangements at Appalachian Mark..... answered questions and made suggestions. He took time to help choose a Casket etc.at prices within our budget. Mark made us feel comfortable with lots of empathy.There no was pressure for deadlines.
