Have no clue what the 1 star review was about - I just got off the phone with Chad. I found him through a Google search and he hasn't done any work for me, but I spent 20 minutes on the phone with him to give him an idea of the work I wanted done and he gave me a rough budget price to know how much to add to a potential land sale in Morganton NC so I can break a tract up into two separate plots and give each a private entrance rather than upgrading the current road and having the future owners deal with right of ways and eas... read more
Excellent service at a fair price. Chad was incredibly thorough and attentive to detail with our new homesite preparation. I found him highly knowledgeable and trustworthy. We started clearing the land without a firm design on the house layout and location. As we made progress, he was able to provide different options and directions as he worked towards completion. It was clear that along the way, he very much cared about doing the job right and making sure we were pleased with the final result. Highly recommend!
Called Chad to get a quote for lot clearing in Lenoir. He said he would call me back to make an appointment and he never did.
