I’ve lived in the same place for 2 years now. First year was fine. This last year I have had a ridiculous amount of outages. I get it if the weather is bad, but on a sunny day there’s no reason for it. It’s gone out twice today. There’s no estimate on when it will be restored. If I could change service providers I would.
James was very helpful and understanding dealing with a tree trimming debris removal situation. Thank you for working with my neighbor and I on the situation James. You guys don’t get enough credit for what ya do. Thank you.
You call to ask questions and they are rude what do we pay them for if it wasn't for us they would have no paycheck I don't understand they get paid to sit at a desk answer the phone and say they don't know to every question you ask them absolutely unacceptable
Terrible customer service. Britney, in the customer service department is rude, unhelpful, and vindictive. I left a message with her supervisor and he didn’t call me back either. This place sucks.
