I am a new patient. Everyone at the office is very very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!
Some of my favorite people!!! They are the best and are very accommodating. I have been going here for years and years.
Used to be top notch. My last couple of visits were neither comfortable or confidence inducing. Billing never seems to get it right anymore and I have to settle business weeks or months later when I told I have a credit they wouldn’t pay out but some how it didn’t cover the visit cost they wouldn’t let me pay while I was in town. It used to be once a year and done, now it seems they’re calling me every other month soliciting for bills less than $25. I miss the old App Dental. I highly recommend Appalachian Dental to anyone. I called at 4pm on Monday and they had me in at 8am Wednesday to repair my crown. Extremely nice and make you feel at ease. I am thankful they could help me so quickly! You all rock!
