My grandson has been seeing Hannah R. for tutoring and he has made so much progress working with her. He knows his alphabets, there sounds and his able to read now. In it has helped with him with school. Hannah has been a blessing to us.
This is the worst place to get in touch with. Terrible customer service and the front desk lady talks as though there is something in her mouth when you speak to her on the phone shes always eating something, impossible to understand.
I do not feel that my preferences and boundaries were respected in my care. Dr. Rhode was very rigid, impersonal and not emotionally responsive during sessions. I expressed that I was not comfortable with medication and even stated a clear boundary on this and wanted to explore other approaches first that were non invasive first, but I felt pressured toward medication management and involving my medical provider.
