I was admittedly nervous to come here due to the bad reviews, but my own experience was truly great. The receptionist Cinthya is very friendly and Jennifer Tracy is compassionate, attentive, and overall made my assessment process so much more pleasant and easeful than I expected.
Incredibly disorganized. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. Ive showed up to double-booked sessions, and was chastised for missing two appointments during the Helene aftermath when we didnt have power for 17 days. Last month, I logged in for a virtual appointment (l live > an hour away) and the counselor said I cannot attend anymore because of the missed appointments 9 months ago. I was dropped. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat!! Today I had a new patient intake appointment with Lori. For a whole hour I felt like I was being scolded by a parent, judged for everything I answered and dismissed. She kept telling me not to go too deep into details about my history, childhood etc but yet kept asking me “why?” “How?” Etc. Majority of the hour long appointment was spent with her rambling on about things that I didn’t even ask about or need educated on or worse her judging every answer I gave her. ... read more
I cannot say enough good things about the ADHD specialized tutor, Hannah, at this facility! She has done wonders for my child's academic standing and self esteem! She is dedicated, kind, and thorough. We have seen a dramatic difference in our child's school performance and can directly trace that to Hannah. So happy to be part of this program and see the difference it has made for our kid!
