Poor communication and no transparency from the get go. Should have realized that was the biggest red flag! Regret hiring him for a simple patio job. Doesn’t communicate properly, gives nothing in writing, doesn’t offer solutions his wrong decisions and multiple back and forth resulted in all the extra work ( which we were forced to pay for) and a third class job on the patio.
