Starting to force everyone to come into the office wasting gas to do a Google Meet on the computers in the office when it can (and was until recently) easily be accomplished remotely. It's a waste of time, money, gas and unnecessary wear and tear on a vehicle. Whatever reasoning the administrators have can't exceed the wastefulness of it I'm sure. The VA doesn't make anyone come in, nor does Meridian or anyone else I can think of, if it can reasonably be accomplished online.
I never write reviews but this place is horrible. Went several times over a span of a month at 8am in the morning and they would cancel my appointment when I got there. They also still owe me a refund for a cancelled appointment that they canceled. They have avoided my calls and have not gotten back to me. Please don’t go here at all. It is so horrible and messed up how they treat you. It is also a make shift doctor and you zoom online with fake doctors. The whole situation is horrible.
I was treated horribly at the location in which I withdrawn myself from and will no longer trust any other place with my mental health issues.
Do not go to them. They will not help in a crisis. Do not care about anyone's mental health or well-being. Honestly surprised this place can continue running. I hope they go under asap and people can actually get get mental health services here. Would give them negative stars of Google allowed it.
