They will lie to you and tell you they have a psychiatrist. Actually it’s a zoom call with a registered nurse who can’t prescribe anything. All the staff are extremely combative and judgemental. Not a great mix for a mental health facility. 0 stars

Such a nice staff!
ACS is a great community resource that is growing and doing more in the community than anyone realizes. The new BHUC unit is a great addition especially for those children who are displaced.
The Balsam Center is a wonderful place for those in our community in need of behavioral health services!
