These people are incompetent! I brought my son in last week, filled out the registration. They told me to bring him back today 9/16/2024 for an assessment at 9 am with Leah. I bring him in and they don't have him in the system at all and don't even know where the registration paperwork I filled out is. They also said Leah was in an assessment already which is bullshit because we were the first ones in the door. I had brought him here last year for 6 months.
