These guys have been nothing but great. I was in a depression for 2 years that they helped me get out of through an adjustment of medication. The counseling therapy has also been great!
These people don't care about the people who need help to better themselves. They set me up for failure. They didn't try to help me like they said. These people are the only practice who "can't reach me", but I don't have a problem with anyone else local and out of state calling me, especially now that my voicemail is working. These people know I have a hard time with transportation and that includes what my medical insurance covers for transportation, and I always made sure I made myself available for over the phone, but ag... read more
The person answering phone has bad tone talking with people. Like she being bothered and things like this stop people for asking for help
The people that work here are beyond amazing Beth Crystal and the woman from billing are just 3 of the great people who work there
