I absolutely love Dr. Jones ! Everyone is exceptional professional, accommodating, kind, & efficient.
Dr. Jones is fantastic, respectful, and a great doctor. However the front desk staff are severely lacking. I've been working all week to try to get my insurance worked out with them because they are billing my prescription insurance instead of medical. I've explained this and I'm told that they are right and me, my health insurance, and my prescription insurance companies are wrong. They haven't answered my calls for the last 2 days even after leaving messages. This is awful to find out since I only have one month of supply ... read more
