Can not recommend...difficult unwieldy online process just to get scheduled....after testing we had a telehealth appt. with one James Stewart on 7/31/23....were told there would be a written report in a few weeks....no report, even after several tries...we have an appt. at Duke Memory Care on 10/17 and we have no records to provide from ACAPS...not a place to go if you're in need of competent, professional medical services...
