They did an outstanding job, were so kind to us. Diagnosed the issues and fixed it right away. Cierra went above and beyond to help us. She is very knowledgeable and was in contact with us all the way, letting us know the problems and explaning it all to us. We were so pleased with everyone and going forward will only use Appalachian Automotive for our vehicle needs. You will not go wrong in using their services.
