I chose Appalachian Auto Care as my service center due to the initial contact. The level of professionalism and the peace of mind that these employees gave me from the start was outstanding. Never again! Their service has been getting worse over time! Never want to make an appointment, always want you to drop it off for the whole day, even just for an oil change. My lug nuts were swollen and since I needed new tires, I agreed to have them replaced. They charged over $300 for not the OEM lug nuts but some kind of locking ones, which I park in my garage and didn't need. My tires were less than a year old, and under warranty.
