Don't respond to calls or emails- charge hidden fees The only reason these guys are getting even two stars is because the move went relatively quickly. We bought the movers lunch and then their boss proceeded to charge me an insane fee for the use of a couple of lamp boxes (we used our own boxes for everything else.) They charged us to keep them ($20) and $247 for "packing materials." I asked for a list of what we used and they never responded.
