Good luck getting ahold of anyone at this business. They don't answer the phone or return calls is you leave a message. I had an appt that I waited on and they showed up 2 hours after the 4 hour window. I wasn't home ,tried calling, no response! Still haven't heard from them. Poor business, not professional!
Tom and his assistant responded the same day, scheduled the next day, called when on their way, arrived on time, listened to our assumptions based on events, diagnosed the issue, checked all other additional possibilities, cleaned the dryer floor, motor box top and outside vent and charged LESS than the estimate. But the real reason for the superior rating is because of the way we were treated and communicated with from start to finish. We will be calling on App Appliances again.
