The 3 man crew did a really nice job cleaning our ducts. Professional, reasonably priced, thorough job. Will I need another duct cleaning? Probably not after these guys did their work. Would I hire them if I had to do it all over again? 1000% Yes, without reservation.
The Appalachian Air Ducts crew was fanatic. Everyone in this small local privately owner company is very respectful and polite from the very first call to the completion of the job. Kevin and his team is the best! I had my dryer vent cleaned the very first time and I’m so glad I did. Great communication from beginning to end. Right on time and answered all my questions. Went above and beyond and such friendly guys. Please do not hesitate to call them for the job. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Our dryer vent cleaning was scheduled very easily and quickly. Kevin sent me a reminder when he was on his way and he arrived promptly. He assessed the problem quickly and got to work. He was able to solve the problem in a timely manner. He was friendly and a very neat worker in our home. I so glad we called and had him come clean our dryer vents. We will definitely use his company in the future.
