Appalachian Air Ducts for dryer vent cleaning (20' of duct with two 90° turns and a 30'-high outside vent). Kevin and Meg were very personable; Kevin was professional and promply arrived with advance notice (and good reminders!) He explained what he and crew were doing and gave me a summary after completion. Service was fast and *thorough.*
The professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. They made sure that they did not miss any issue and communicated everything that they were doing and why. They corrected all you see in the photos.
Great company! They really treat their customers well!
