Appalachian Adventures ATV rides were overall an amazing experience that my entire group loved. The terrain was mountainous, the views were gorgeous, and the guides made us feel they were aware of all of us the entire time & made sure we had fun. The reasons we took one star away were the following: -To make the reservation, it took a total of 21 back and forth phone calls. Most of them missed. I normally don't leave reviews... but Patricia made a point of soliciting reviews, so here we go: First the good: The highlight of this "adventure" was the beauty of the trails in peak fall glory. We couldn't have timed the weather and changing leaves better. The trails were fun and we loved experiencing fall as we are from the desert. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that the "adventure" was going to be dealing with Patricia and the contract signing process. Had a great day on ATV trails! Guides were great, friendly, informative and wanted us to have a fun ride. The trail was challenging for me, a first timer, but that just made it so much more fun! Would definitely ride with them again.
We had such an awesome time at Appalachian Adventures! The whole team was friendly and super professional from start to finish. Patricia gave us all the info we needed before heading out, and our guides, Gabriella and Chess, were amazing - patient, fun, and really made sure everyone was safe and having a great time.
