Todd Withrow is currently flipping the house next door. His workers dropped a very large and very healthy tree (without TVA permitting) on to our gangway rendering it unusable and needing replacement. I contacted the company that was going to replace our gangway and make necessary repairs to the attached deck and received a quote which was presented to Todd a month ago.
