Amazing place for cookies and coffee. Best place I’ve been to in a while in Boone
Waited 30 minutes for our order of three cookies only to be told that the kitchen had somehow messed up and burned our cookies. We were told it would be another 15-20 minutes before our cookies were ready. We decided to get a refund rather than wait, again. Pretty disappointing experience. We'll try again another time.
I stopped by Appalachian Cookie Company while visiting Boone the other week. I decided to try their cotton candy cookie! It was the best decision ever! They baked it fresh for me in just 20 minutes, and when it arrived, I paired it with a cold glass of milk. Absolute heaven. Soft, gooey, and perfectly sweet without being overpowering. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and you can tell they truly care about quality.
Visiting from out of town and decided to give this place a try. I ordered the half dozen assortment so I could try several flavors. The cookies were fresh out of the oven when I arrived and the first two we’ve tried (Yosef and my grandson had cotton candy) are melt in your mouth good! Looking forward to sampling the rest. This will be on my list of return trips.
