Unprofessional, expensive, poorly managed. Almost impossible to reach someone by phone. If someone does answer, their only objective seems to be getting off the phone. 30%(THIRTY) more expensive than their competitors. Orders placed take on average a week instead of a few hours. If you're lucky enough to speak with more than one person about a script, you will get just as many stories about when it might be done.
