I've had more experiences than I would like with pharmacies, but I have always been pleasantly surprised by Apotheco's impeccable customer service, and ability to communicate clearly. I’ve relied on this pharmacy’s text-message refill system for months without any issues — until now. Between Nov 17 and Dec 8, I received three texts stating that my prescription was expiring soon and had a remaining refill. The final message urged me to refill immediately. However, the texts only showed the first three letters of the medication name, not the full name. Great! Super fast.
Had them ship me my medication. Had to walk the delivery driver through how to deliver it to my condo for over five minutes. He said it was delivered but it never was. It has a to be checked with the front desk staff so I know no one stole it. Then since I waited over a week to report it which I know is a long time but I’m pretty busy through the day. They told me I waited to long and there’s nothing they could do for me. Just my experience, looks like others are happy with their services.
