Had them ship me my medication. Had to walk the delivery driver through how to deliver it to my condo for over five minutes. He said it was delivered but it never was. It has a to be checked with the front desk staff so I know no one stole it. Then since I waited over a week to report it which I know is a long time but I’m pretty busy through the day. They told me I waited to long and there’s nothing they could do for me. Just my experience, looks like others are happy with their services.
The automated system sent me a notice to refill, but it was the old dose. I filled it, my fault for not looking closely at the dose, but when I called they were entirely unhelpful. I think I was looking for someone to say sorry and that they would make the system changes for the future. Instead it was all my fault. Felt icky. Will transfer the script out.
