I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent delivery of my daughter’s medication by your contracted medical courier service. As a company that prides itself on providing “white glove treatment,” I was absolutely horrified by the way this delivery was handled. The package—containing critical medication that I paid over $600 out-of-pocket for—was literally chucked onto my driveway by the courier and left without any attempt to safely deliver it or ensure it reached the appropriate hands.... read more
