They need employees who need know the prices and care because some of this employees don't have psoriasis and eczema so they don't know how painful it gets every freaking day that girl who I just got off the phone with now now wed may 23 at 5:20pm had no clue no clue and hangs up like im nobody what the hell

She was kind and professional and explained that newer staff may not yet be fully trained to handle situations like this with appropriate care and concern. I attempted to fill a prescription from my dermatologist through Apotheco only because my physician specifically recommended them for medications not covered by insurance.
