Copay was even cheaper than what my insurance quoted me for! This place was a life saver - couldn’t find the meds anywhere else. Highly recommend! Also love the app and being able to do EVERYTHING online instead of having to call and play phone tag.
Although the pharmacy called and said they a were waiting for pre-approval, the rest is downhill from there. My insurance denied prescription, but pharmacy didn't tell me why. I paid $95 for prescription because I need it. Found out doc office didn't finish filling out form. Easy fix. Asked for the pharmacist to call before prescription was delivered. That didnt happen. I called all day yesterday ( 01-25) but no answer to get a tracking number for my order
They should update their business hours because if you call after 3 PM they will not answer. I am going on week TWO of not being able to reach someone.
