They said my medication was not covered by insurance which is fine, I made the purchase then they cancelled it without a reason. They told me that had a coupon flipped to make it cheaper but it was still 3x what a local pharmacy charges. I go to another pharmacy and they told me that there wasn’t a pre-authorization form filled out by my doctor so they couldn’t tell me if it was covered. Strange.
Fast and friendly delivery. I liked that the delivery driver calls before he’s there to make sure you’re home. The employees at the pharmacy were very nice and helpful with any questions I had. The demeanor is very professional. The delivery driver rode his bicycle in the frigid cold, wind, and rain at night to bring me my prescriptions - I was very appreciative.
Honestly, this is the best pharmacy. Their customer service is amazing. When calling their store, I have never had to wait on hold longer than a couple minutes. They are super nice and understanding. I was able to get my medication delivered same-day at no extra charge. Definitely recommend! Thank you to all the workers at Apotheco for your great work!
Favorite pharmacy. They will contact your insurance on your behalf to help get your medication approved. Delivery service is great with great communication both online and on the phone. Wish all pharmacies were like this. Thank you!!
Love Apotheco so much! They are really fast, responsive & knowable. They deliver directly to my doorman with ease, I get notifications when things are on the way & have been delivered. I’ve never had an issue with payment or my prescriptions & I don’t have to go into a pharmacy to pick it up.
