Rudest customer service after they misdelivered my medication made a big stink and had to speak to multiple rude people and more steps even to get it reordered. What a pain!
The prices are good but they call and message non-stop for one prescription. I get it, it's coming. Stop calling/messaging. It's insane.
Fast, budget friendly .So convenient.
They said my medication was not covered by insurance which is fine, I made the purchase then they cancelled it without a reason. They told me that had a coupon flipped to make it cheaper but it was still 3x what a local pharmacy charges. I go to another pharmacy and they told me that there wasn’t a pre-authorization form filled out by my doctor so they couldn’t tell me if it was covered. Strange.
Honestly, this is the best pharmacy. Their customer service is amazing. When calling their store, I have never had to wait on hold longer than a couple minutes. They are super nice and understanding. I was able to get my medication delivered same-day at no extra charge. Definitely recommend! Thank you to all the workers at Apotheco for your great work!
