My insurance for some reason didn't go thru and had to call multiple times to get help. I asked the person on the call to help me call the insurance cuz that's what the insurance company asked but she insisted I ask the insurance to call them. Sassy attitude too. Just an exhausting experience.

My wife has used this service before and always had a great experience now it was my turn, and they didn’t disappoint. One of my prescriptions was delivered right away, and the second took a bit longer due to insurance approval.
