Terrible experience for me. I ordered a prescription a week and a half ago on a Thursday, was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday it is now the next Monday. No word, no tracking for the shipment and no notice of late arrival. Customer service was awful. They were not solution oriented. Everything over the phone was so much more complicated and they would say they would do something and nothing ever happened. If you can't help me, transfer me to someone who can, that's all I ask! Very poor customer service. The employees I spoke to were very rude and were not helpful. After multiple issues with them, I switched to a different pharmacy.
