Really not one for negative reviews, but hoping Apotheco will see this and fix whatever decision they made on customer service, because what used to be a great experience at their pharmacy is now pretty rotten. It seems they have outsourced to a call center and every call I have is downright hostile. Working with you used to be wonderful - please fix this!
They help you get a better price on your meds and they deliver for free. What else can you ask for?
Unnecessarily rude/sassy customer service, unwilling to help, and hung up the call. Would not recommend.
I had trouble getting medication for my daughter from a pharmacy. A rude young man couldn't help, but a helpful lady named Tina resolved the issue with my insurance and got the prescription to go through at no cost. I'm grateful for her assistance.
