This pharmacy is pathetic. It took me a week to get my dermatologist's prescription, 2 days after the communicated delivery time. I had to call once and was told it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't. I was going to call AGAIN, but they saved themselves and sent me a text that it would be delivered finally. I could have picked it up at Meijer the same day as my appointment. I am sure everyone is making a bunch of money off of the process, though.
I’m not impressed so far. Was told by doctor that I would get a call within two hours from my appointment and fast delivery. Even handed me a flier stating the same thing. I received a call/text 24+ hours later. And now, 8 days after my appointment I still don’t have my order. Very slow and unresponsive.
Absolutely do not use this pharmacy. They made a mess of a prescription for my daughter. Go elsewhere.
This is the best pharmacy ever!!! I asked to get another refill of my prescription and in less than 24 hours it was delivered to me at my doorstep. Amazing pharmacy and I will continue to use them. I definitely recommend! :)
