I used them for the first time and I am disappointed in the service. They harassed me with multiple texts and emails asking me to place my order. When I finally did, they gave me a delivery date that has come and gone, but I still don't have my medicine. I called and left a message. They called me back the next day to say the delivery would come the following day. That day came and went as well. I still don't have my meds. They told me I have to track it down with usps. We’ve been getting a prescription from here for a few years. Even after clicking autofill through the site and calling and being assured it is on auto refill by a real person, we have to call EVERY month to get the med refilled. Now we called on 8/21, were charged on 8/24 and still haven’t received the medication and have now run out. It’s truly exhausting. We will be letting the doctor know on Monday that we’d like to pursue other options for this hard to get medication. We are over it.
Terrible communication- the first time I ordered the wanted to deliver but did not bring on the day they promised. The second time they told me would deliver in 2-4 days but I said I would pick it up. Then they said they had to order it and would call when ready- about 9 days later they called and asked when I was going to pick it up because it had been there waiting for a week. I would not recommend them and will definitely not be using them again.
I ordered my medication 4 days ago and it still hasn’t been delivered to my door. So much for the quality and care of a courier service. Now I have to wait until Monday to call to get answers. Very disappointed and will it be using this pharmacy again.
