I sent a question to them through their contact page, and never received a response. A week later I called, and the receptionist said somebody would call me back. A week passed and nothing. That speaks volumes about this place, as far as I'm concerned...
Incredible!!! I finally got to meet Joel...my counselor...the apothecary shoppe is amazing and everything I imagined it would be...if you have a chance go visit the campus!!!
Wow, they ship quickly! It was less than an hour between placing an order and receiving my tracking number. This was my third of many more orders. (Today's experience stands out in stark contrast to a concurrent experience at a different Oregon-based EO store.) Lovely service and a great selection of supremely high quality essential oils, teas, herbs, and rosins. Not a discount shop, but you get incredible value for your money. Top shelf!
I made a order online the lady came out to say I could wait. Outside for it the business isn't open to public do not come here because you cannot look at anything they have in person. I was looking forward to coming to a place like this my whole life. I'm kinda bummed they are closed to the public! I waited a half hour for my order and wasn't able to get it.I came here a month later and my order was returned.
