Took me 2 days to reach someone. When I finally did they wanted me to pay a down payment to start a payment plan. I’ve never heard of such a thing, not to mention the lady was rude.they seem really sketchy and the phone rings and rings til it goes to voicemail like it’s not an actual office.
They don’t even deserve 1 star. Spoke to Giorgio Agostini he said he has to reach out to the coming that I had the card with to see if they’ll accept my offer. They never answered my emails my phone calls nothing.
Horrible company to work with whoever hires this company to collect their money is honestly doing a disservice
I'm trying to pay off my debt and instead of going down because I'm paying better, my debt is going up and this is crazy???
Absolutely the worst! They are thieves. Can’t even get in touch with anyone. Have a bill in collections, been making payments every month, never missed a payment! Have my one bill down to $13 and all of a sudden I get papers to go to court, talked to them about it, they supposedly mailed me more papers( I never got) don’t believe them. Long story short I owe them an extra like 300!!! They are crooked
