This place is a complete scam! We booked a 2 person private boat tour. They took our money, we got a confirmation email, and then no info on where the boat launches from. We found some info on the site, but no one ever showed. We tried to call the phone number multiple times, and the woman on the recording sounds like Sherlock Holmes saying that due to their service on the apostle Islands they only text and their mailbox was full. I couldn’t recommend Apostle Islands Sea Cave Tours more! Our family of 4 decided to do one of the evening tours on a whim during a trip to Madeline Island, and the tour became the highlight of our week. Our tour guide, Randi, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She told us some super engaging stories of the lake throughout our tour, all while taking great pictures to send us home with. She even gave us a few wonderful trail and food recommendations around the area that we were able to hit later on in our trip!

Do not go with! They don’t response to text and that is the only way of communication that they have. We were there by the boat and no one was there.
