I reached out this company and they have a terrible customer service manner. Patricia Jimenez had a snobbish attitude towards me when I asked her why their fees are too expensive when an apostille in downtown manhattan is just $10. Go directly to NY State Department office in 123 William Street yourself. This office is in queens and they are charging over $400 for an apostille. This is a scam!!
