Speaking from personal experience, the team at Apos have been amazing. From my initial research and questions to the support team to making the purchase and subsequently dealing with an issue I had with the product. The whole team were polite, knowledgeable and fast to respond. They helped my choose the right product, deal with import duty issues and then the return of a faulty item. I would use Apos again and I thank them for their support.
Worst customer service ever experienced. Not helpful at all. Purchased a Fiio K9 Pro ESS from Apos 2 years ago. After the warranty expired the dac/amp started having issues and now won't output audio on any of the input channels. I reached out for help on getting repaired and was basically told there's nothing they can do and just find a local electrical repair service. The local electrical repair shops won't touch Fioo. The only option is to send the unit back to Fioo in China and basically pay half the price of the thing t... read more
