I brought my John Deere LA 105 in on August 7th for an engine issue after a family recommendation. Steve assured me he had seen this problem hundreds of times and promised an estimate within a couple of days, despite a counter sign stating 7–10 business days. I went for a blade sharpening, and not only was the service fast and exceptional, Steve was one of the nicest associates I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Will definitely be returning.
