Big shoutout to Apopka Mowers and Chris — these guys went above and beyond for me. I walked in with a flex shaft issue on my SMR 230 string trimmer, and literally right there in the showroom, they got the job done. No runaround, no “come back later,” just pure focus and action. My husband purchased a Bad Boy mower from them and their customer service for the purchase and other services we've gotten from them has been awesome. The only thing lacking is we wish they sold the Bad Boy tractors, too. Lol
My husband took our mower in to have the blades sharpened, but they needed to be replaced instead. Although Apopka Mower and Equipment Repair didn't have the mower blades we needed they referred us elsewhere to purchase them and when we returned the technician promptly installed them even though it was close to closing time. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all my husband's questions. We will be return customers!
