I have been coming to this place for a number of years now. Overall, its what you would expect from your typical PCP office. Nothing outstanding and nothing that is in violation....until today. I work in the medical field, so I know it is a HIPPA violation to call a patient from the waiting room by their frist and last name. It's never happen to me until today. Really irritated me.
