I can't agree with the other reviews except for one. I think that service is good, you pull in and walk into the shop and ask them to fill some tanks and they come out and fill them. It's not the 60's where the Texaco man would come out to the car you have to put in a little effort and walk in and say Hi, simple as that. 🤔🤭👍

Pretty much have to agree with the other one star reviews. There is no customer service to speak of. Do not expect anyone to return your phone call. Get the same answer any time that I have called "owner is on a big job and has no time to return calls".
I agree with the other reviews. It took them so long to respond to my needs, I ran out of gas and it took days to get them out. My son and I had to bathe with boiled water until they decided to repond to my 3rd request for them to come out. My intial request was iin August, they came in October. Needless to say, that leaves me with a huge bill to pay at once. If i were the owner of the property, I'd look into another company. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
Terrible customer service. I had called two weeks ago, and the receptionist stated the owner will call the following week....that was two weeks ago! Called again, and, again, the receptionist stated the owner will call next week! I explained to her that he was suppose to call me back two weeks ago, and if I did not hear from him, I would find someone else.
