My father bought flowers for my mother (his wife) on 5/10 and they sent the wrong arrangement. He bought an arrangement more expensive than what my mother received. His attempts to get a hold of them have failed and he has not received a call back. Essentially, they ripped my father off and are taking no steps in writing this wrong. If they do correct the issue I will remove this review, but, until then it stays up. This place deserves no stars.
Not recommended as a place to do business with. A one-star rating is generous and this is why: Ordered flowers on-line for a funeral. I never received an email confirmation and spam mailbox was checked. Called the main number which has a recorded that stated "due to hurricane Irma no one was available, voice mail would not be checked, send a text to (another number).
