Pool was installed fall of 16. Opened up spring of 17 Over the winter the patio around the pool cracked due to no bond brake at the pools concrete walls. Frank said he would fix the issue. He sprayed a concrete coating that did not bond due to improper concrete surface preparation. He promised to correct the issue but never came out and failed to return phone calls and text messages.
