This doctor's office staff called me this week and cancelled my appointment stating that Dr. Lourdes Aponte is affiliated with Delaware Arthritis, Dr. Jose Pando's office. Jose Pando terminated me as a patient this year, after 7 years of being a patient there, after I asked a staff member why they don't return phone calls anymore. I have been treated by Dr Apointe, for different conditions for the last 14 years. She is exceptional. Her staff is equally amazing. Both are kind, thorough and go out of their way to help you.
Saw Morgan (Dr. Apontes NP) today and she was very nice and extremely thorough. It's scary to be diagnosed with a new condition but Morgan explained everything to me. From the time I checked in to the times% I checked out, I was comfortable in the beautifully decorated office. The staff were all very professional and sweet. All doctors offices could take some serious lessons from anyone or all of the staff here. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Obviously, I will highly recommend Dr. Lourdes Apontes office.
