I needed the master cylinder replaced on my 2011 Road Glide (and was kind of on a time crunch. Couldn't be happier with the service department. Chad tried to find the OEM part from other dealers after learning that it would take over a week to get from HD directly. When that didn't work, he found an aftermarket cylinder, got it ordered and sent and squeezed me for the swap (and brake fluid flush) all within a week. Top notch service.
