Great people to deal with. Its a Harley shop, what more can ya need.
We drove all the way from Watertown SD.We walked in. Not 1 person said hello or even acknowledged us. Pretty sad. I was interested in a leather coat but no one seemed to care. The sales department was more interested in gossip than customers So we left. I worked at a Harley Davidson store in the motor close department. Never treated a customer that way. A customer was always greeted by one or more employees. What has happened to customer service.
The staff are always so friendly and helpful!!!!
I had my 97 Heritage Softail worked on and it is now running better than it ever has since I've owned it. Very pleased with their work!!
A few months ago I purchased a 2026 Softail Enthusiast Liberty edition and rode it so much I needed a new tire. Went back to Apol’s to get a new tire without even looking anywhere else. I’ve been a customer since 1979 and won’t go anywhere else. “Spitty” Martin
