Dealing with this company after surgery has been an absolute nightmare. If you happen to have the misfortune of dealing with them, expect to have your account sent to a collections agency because they do not know how to communicate with patients/customers.
I had a c- section a year and a half ago and was NEVER billed for anesthesiologist services. This medical group didn't call me or even try to send me a bill but have now submitted these past due bills on to a creditoring agency. This is NOT how you do business. I haven't moved and all my information is the same as the day I had the procedure. They have ZERO excuse for not contacting me!! Do NOT use them. Poor business management.
