本人今年10月初在这家轮毂店订了一套宝马X5的22寸轮毂跟米其林轮胎，装完付完钱之后开出店门口不到200米，我的车发生了抖动现象，于是跟店员进行了沟通，沟通期间我自己还特意去车厂维修店检查了我的车是否有问题，维修店两次确认我的车是没有任何问题，再次跟这家轮毂店老板沟通，最后去了第三方鬼佬店做检查，是他们给出的轮胎数据不对，导致了我的行驶过程中车辆发生抖动现象，最后老板也承认是他们出现了问题，答应退钱，在退钱期间，有时电话不接，短信不回，最后还是我人去了店里两三次才刷了卡退钱，据我朋友说这些钱没有退成功，这个不重要，最后到我卡上已经退了3000刀，后来又是电话不接，短信不回，于是我就不再这么被动，我作为一个消费者，既然商家这样的态度，我也没时间一直跟在后面催，所以决定让有关政府部门介入，维护消费者权益，当然，这只是刚开始，所以希望早墨尔本的朋友们要多
