I have been doing business at this location for the last 5 years now and have had nothing but fabulous support. Customer service is second to none. The service department has been very supportive in all aspects of service. We have an older hot tub but we have been able to maintain it because of the fabulous service from this business. Never worried about going back. Thanks

I would be very wary of a business who needs to write me a check for \$66.00 because they don t have enough cash on hand to do the transaction. I paid the invoice with cash. Most businesses won t take checks, with good reason. Most businesses who don t have cash on hand to do a cash sale transaction are financially insolvent. I personally won t be doing business with Apollo Spas ever again. It s too risky for me.

The service from Apollo spa's was horrible. We bought a house with a hot tub already here and had them come check it out to make sure everything was in good condition. We had to wait 3 weeks for them to send out a service tech. I filled the hot tub up before they came and everything was fine. Now after they checked it out, it leaks, needs a new pump and I had to pay $200.00 for them to tell me?
