Very unprofessional, a lot of smoking, welders doesn’t have shields to protect others from there welds, a lot of yelling, and valgure language in front of everyone when you are getting yelled at, instead of being pulled aside.
Very Unprofessional Working Atmosphere Where The Owner Yell And Curse At You All Day, Cigarette Smoke covers The Whole Shop Where Everyone Smokes In Your Face, Poor Management Issues And Alot More HeadAches To Mention. Not A Good Place To Work For At All
Interviewed here. Terrible place to work. Everyone is miserable. No wonder they chain smoke inside. Probably the dirtiest shop with most old broken machines in all of Lake County. Ivan the owner is completely unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
Ivan the owner and his wife are great to work for. I worked in CNC mills the lead guy in this department, Ed Berlin is a back stabbing, hypocrite, always watching what your going. Thinks everybody is 20 years old. Always criticizing you. Has smart aleck comments all the time. He’ll wait till you have the job set up then say “that’s not how we do it”. Just a nasty, individual.
