So my daughter called your business today to get an estimate/quote for a new transmission on my Dad's truck. They answered the phone and then my daughter heard the guy say " It's a woman" & hung up.. Well you just lost out on about $1,800.00 job..YOUR LOSS Way to go employee, you know some women do know a little bit about vehicles.. Rude rude rude
I'm to tell you simply this one man when I walked in told them what id been looking for(a inspection plug) cause when my truck was on the lift I could see my fly wheel. If you don't know without a plug i would not advise a gravel road or country trip. I walked in explained I had looked in every junkyard heck even FORD. Nobody had it. I'll tell YOU this that man brought the very part I'd stressed over for awhile he handed to me and said get it put in.
