I highly discourage anyone from purchasing from Apollo. I am in week four of installing 4 shades. The footers are too high, leaving concrete exposed on a playground. The concrete is all over the steel structures. The steel job isn’t even done and we don’t have shade, as the fabric is “on order”. I called the Florida office for help and they told me there is nothing they can do. It’s been a nightmare.
I spoke to Lisa over the phone, she was very professional and courteous. And coming into the store the Service was prompt and professional.
Awesome quality...super nice folks. Ready ahead of schedule. Love that they produce here in Sarasota. You too will be pleased.
