I had to move my family from California to Texas. Everyone I talked to recommended this moving company because they had all had good experiences with this company. The person who took my information for my move was very helpful. I think her name was Shanisse, She had me take pictures of the items I wanted to move and she gave me a quote. TJ and crew are wonderful! True old fashioned service at a fair price. We were reassured we made the right choice after the fabulous moving day experience! Such a weight off of our shoulders! We are genuinely pleased to report our expectations were exceeded with service superior to any movers we have used!
This was my fourth move in about ten years and by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had. All the guys were professional and efficient and got done in less time than they estimated. They wrapped all our furniture super carefully, including our TV and big awkward mattress. They asked lots of questions to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. They’ll be at the top of my list if we move again any time soon.
First and LAST time using them! They were slow, absolutely careless & just crushed our boxes!! They had NO regard for our things & just tossed them in the garage with ZERO organization!! My daughter & I had to ORGANIZE & STACK ALL of our stuff CORRECTLY!! When they arrived & shortly after getting started, one mover was not working & kept complaining about his neck. I used this company in the past and the below happened: - they took the truck w y furniture in it and kept it o right -next day, they transported it to the address on file. - once I removed my furniture to my house, found that one of my 3 lounge chairs, pictures, flower vases, and other items had be stolen. I phoned the office and the wife of the owner denied the above I would not recommend this company
