Horrible Customer Service! THEY LIE! – My boss bought 4 Segways from the business and they customer services was nothing but wonderful! He uses his Segway's at work, home, and just about everywhere he can. It is great for getting around when you have bad knees. That was until we needed at Segway Key ordered.
