We had troubles with the camper van that we rented from Apollo in Sydney, en we stopped here to ask for help because we couldn't get a hold of the On Road Assist team of Apollo. And even if they're not part of the renting company of Apollo, they welcomed us, took a look at our vehicle, fixed it while explaining it to my partner, while I was invited to stay cool in the office with a Zooper Dooper. They were amazing and saved our trip! If I would ever consider buying a camping vehicle, I'd do it here.
I had the fortune of dealing with Phil the manager of Newcastle Apollo I didn’t purchase my RV there however he spent time fixing a couple of issues I had and filling me in on things I had forgotten in the running of the vehicle He even offered to take any future phone calls if I needed assistance “Old School Service “ what a pleasure
Bought our used campervan in Brisbane and had a few minor problems covered under the warranty. Was able to make an appointment here in Newcastle and Phil had us in and out in 2 1/2 hours. Fixed both of our issues without question. He was polite and knowledgeable and even did the work himself. I can’t rate him or the company any higher.
Cameron and Phil were just wonderful during our time dealing with them. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Thanks guys!
Having purchased my new Windsor 176RD from Apollo Heatherbrae in September 2022, some 6000km of travelling had shown up a number of warranty issues that needed fixing. Phill Grono indicated he was more than happy to attend to these, so I took my van up from Sydney on Tuesday this week for Phill to do the repairs on Wednesday.
