John was very helpful, going above and beyond to help us find a motor home, sadly for him we found one elsewhere..
We rented one of the motorhomes back in June for a family trip up to Coffs Harbour. This was our first time renting a motorhome. We had my elderly parents with us as well as our young son. We were not advised about how freezing and draughty the vehicle is on the road with no heating whatsoever. We had to stuff blankets and pillows into the visible crevices to try to stop the extremely uncomfortable draughts. We also had to wrap blankets and donnas around ourselves to try to stay warm.
