Very Disappointed, I had my caravan in for the axle mount recall in April this year, and I mentioned to the tech and the factory warranty manager (Raj?) there was a few items that needed rectification. They fixed the kitchen mixer tap, and said they'd need to source the LED strip lighting that I pointed out above the bed that had a failing section. We rented a motorhome here. It was quite busy on the day, so we had to wait a bit, but the experience was worth it. Highly recommend staff member Les—he provided great service and clearly explained all the motorhome operations and features.
