Dropped the rV off this morning. Very nice people, all went smooth.
It took almost one hour to pick up, the staff was totally lost in their on process, they didn't know what they are charging you, when I called because I have some questions, the answer they gave me was "I don't know", they were impolite, bad presentation and slow drop off. After pickup, we tried to add a package of 500 miles and was decline (you can add miles only when you reserve the RV). When we were finishing the drop off, we called a taxi cab.
